TECHNIQUE DRILLSIn part one of this article, I covered some of the philosophies and techniques we use to defend and control our opponent's passing game. I outlined our teaching progressions for the jam, trail, streak, close the post, post flat, press (bump and run), and the sideline and go techniques.
