These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of americanfootballquarterly.com and the products, subscriptions, and digital content offered by American Football Quarterly, a publication of AFM Media ("AFQ", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions grant access to content for the term you purchase. Pricing and terms are shown at checkout.
• Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions and single purchases are billed at the time of order.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription by contacting customer service. Refunds are handled per the policy in effect at the time of purchase; contact us with any billing questions.

Digital Content License

Subscriptions and purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access AFQ articles, digital editions, videos, and other materials for your own coaching use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share your account or the content with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share account access or circumvent paywalls or the subscriber gate; (b) scrape, republish, or redistribute our content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the site; or (d) use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — articles, diagrams, videos, graphics, logos, and the AFQ and AFM Media names — is owned by AFM Media or its content contributors and is protected by copyright and other laws. All rights are reserved except as expressly licensed to you.

User Submissions

If you submit articles, comments, or other content, you grant AFM Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish that content in connection with our publications. You represent that you have the rights to any material you submit.

Third-Party Links & Services

The site links to third-party sites and services (for example our order-processing store, email provider, and digital-edition readers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimers

The site and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Coaching content is provided for informational purposes; you are responsible for how you apply it with your team.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFM Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
