Dolphins name Paton director of pro personnelThe Miami Dolphins have named George Paton their director of pro personnel. Paton, who spent the last four years working in the Chicago Bears\' player personnel department, performing scouting duties, will be responsible for monitoring the rosters of all 31 NFL teams and clubs in other leagues.
