With a 48-21 victory over his former team, the Oakland Raiders, in Super Bowl XXXVII, Jon Gruden, 39, became the youngest coach in NFL history to win a Super Bowl as he guided Tampa Bay to its first world title in franchise history. Gruden was also the first non-rookie head coach to lead his team to the Super Bowl in his first season with a new team. In fact, Gruden has accomplished a lot for a man that is keeping a firm grasp as the youngest head coach in the NFL.
