WINNING Why do some football coaches achieve great success and many others not so much? Pretty easy to say Just Win Baby, Just Win. And like it or not, that is the definition almost everywhere, in football and out. Our Cover Story reveals great information about leadership and achieving success for Coach John Peacock. Motivation is in many ways the beginning of it all. Motivating yourself, your players, staff, organization and fans is key to winning championships.
Of course, you have about 100 other areas you need to manage including Game Planning, off-season program, expectations, player performance/attitude, in-game decisions and culture. Do all of this and much, much more plus lots of good luck and you just might have a championship season too. Coach well, lead well and have fun! John “The biggest part of leadership is that you lead by example with your performance first and foremost.” LETTER FROM THE EDITOR John Clark Managing Editor
